When making your journey
When travelling, we recommend that you arrive well in advance at the bus stop, that you signal clearly for the bus to stop, and have your ticket ready for inspection.
Be at the bus stop on time
Our buses aim to depart from stops at the scheduled departure time. To ensure that you do not miss the bus, please arrive at the stop in good time. At most major bus terminals and stations at the start of the route, you have the opportunity to board the bus 10-15 minutes before departure.
In some instances, the bus may be delayed due to traffic and unforeseen events. In these cases, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. We do our best to minimise the delay. To find information about delays, search for the departure in the travel planner and look for deviation messages.
Signal clearly when the bus arrives
If you are boarding the bus along the route, we kindly request that you signal clearly when the bus arrives so the driver can see you. Please extend your arm well in advance and use reflective gear if it is dark. We encourage everyone to pre-book tickets, so the driver is prepared to board passengers at the stop.
Have your ticket ready
When boarding the bus, you will be asked to present your ticket. You can display the ticket via My Page on nor-way.no. Please have the ticket ready for presentation when boarding, along with any identification for discounted fares (student, senior, military service, or similar) and travel cards.
Right to make a complaint
As a passenger of NOR-WAY Bussekspress, you have the right to file a complaint in case of failures or breaches of the company's transportation terms.
