Your options for ticket cancellation depend on your chosen ticket type. Flexible tickets can be cancelled with full refund.
Terms of cancellation
The cancellation terms depend on the ticket type you chose when purchasing the tickets.
Standard tickets cannot be cancelled, only changed.
Flexible tickets can be cancelled up to 15 minutes before departure. The cancellation provides a full refund, including any products and seats booked with the ticket.
How to cancel you ticket
You can cancel the ticket by doing one of the following:
- Go to My Page, click on the ticket and use the cancellation link below the ticket.
- Follow the ticket link in the order confirmation received by email and use cancellation link.
- Search for your ticket, click on ticket link and use cancellation option.
What can be cancelled?
For Flexible tickets, the full ticket can be cancelled and a refund will be issued with no extra charges.
Cancellations can also be done per passenger and per one-way/return trip.
- You can cancel the outbound journey, the return journey, or the entire trip. The return journey can also be cancelled after the outbound ticket has been used.
- You may cancel the journey for one passenger included in the ticket, several passengers, or all passengers.
For a partial cancellations, refund will be issued for the total of the chosen ticket segments.
