Making changes to a purchased ticket

Due to technical issues, you are currently unable to make changes to your own ticket. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Ticket changes will be available shortly. In the meantime, customer service will handle any ticket modifications. Please refer to the customer service center’s opening hours.

All tickets purchased on nor-way.no can be changed, but the terms will vary depending on the ticket type selected.

When changing your trip, the original ticket will be archived and can no longer be used. You will receive a new booking confirmation with new links to ticket.

  • Departure date
  • Departure time
  • Departure and arrival stop
  • Additional products
  • Seats

Terms for modifying ticket

The terms for changing your ticket vary depending on the ticket type you selected at the time of purchase.

Standard tickets can be changed up to one hour before departure for 39 NOK. The amount is paid upon confirmation of the change, in addition to any fare difference for the ticket or products.

Flexible tickets can be changed up to 15 minutes before departure without an additional changing fee. If the new ticket costs more than the original ticket, the fare difference will be charged.

You may easily make changes to ticekt by logging in to My Page, or by following the link in the booking confirmation sent via email.

If you choose a ticket that costs less than the one you have already purchased, the difference will not be refunded.
